Junior Technical Consultant

Tasks:

• You drive the digitalization of the customers and lead the integration of ECM and OCR solutions
• You develop the deep expertise in the company and 3rd party worldwide leading products
• You conduct and drive effective requirements discovery workshops
• You are able to explain the product capatibilities relative to the uniqueness of the customer needs
• You participate in the pre-sales process

Requirements:

• You bring knowledge in business processes, KPI’s and process thinking processes
• You know how the documentation and transformation within these processes works
• You bring basic programming knowledge
• You are very communicative and experienced to converse on the technical level
• Ideally you are experienced with ECM, DMS and Workflow-Management Systems as well as finding solutions on the basis of these technologies
• You have a pragmatic hand-on approach

Experiences:

• 1-4 years in similar position
• Software/Telecommunication sector is advantage
