Responsibilities and tasks:

• You will be responsible to deliver SAP Application Management Service for a SAP ERP System together with a team of SAP Specialists to the customer
• The SAP ERP System is hosted in a private cloud
• The Service will be SLA based and will inculde:
  • Incident and Problem Management
  • Change Management
  • Technical and Business Consultancy to the customer
• Project Contribution include  Project Management and Coordination
• As Application Owner you will work in close cooperation with the customer and lead the Change Advisory Boards (CAB) for the Changes SAP ERP team is implementing
• Besides you will be leading problem resolution in multi vendor teams and be involved in delivery escalations

Technical and Social Skills:

• At least 10-15 years of experience in supporting and implementing SAP ERP Systems
• You have experience in leading a team and excellent communication skills to even lead difficult discussions with the customer
• Technical skills:
  • SAP Portal
  • Experience in SAP Access Management
  • SAP Solution Manager (Charm)
  • Profound background in ABAP development (Reading and designing ABAP developments)
  • Interface Technologies like IDOC, RFC
  • Good understanging of all ERP Modules (SAP Real Estate, Basic Data in HCM)
  • Business background from financial industries (insurances)
  • Experience in S/4HANA
• Able to lead a small team
• Willingness to travel
• Very good German language skills
